7-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Luvoria, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
- Items damaged or altered after delivery may not qualify for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products such as panties and other underwear may be non-returnable once opened, worn, or removed from their hygienic packaging, except where the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by a wrong, damaged, or defective item, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
